EQProfit Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the EQProfit mobile application and related services ("Service") operated by EQProfit ("we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

EQProfit helps barn operators track hay inventory, feeding costs, and cost-per-head analytics. The Service includes local offline storage and optional cloud sync for team collaboration.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
  • The barn owner (company owner) is the account responsible for subscription billing.
  • Team members invited by the owner may use the Service at no additional charge under the owner's active subscription.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

3.1 Subscription Required

Access to cloud sync and team features requires an active EQProfit subscription purchased by the company owner.

3.2 Free Trial

New subscriptions may include a 14-day free trial. After the trial, your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

3.3 Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device.
  • Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • The renewal cost will be identified before you confirm the purchase.

3.4 Managing and Canceling

You may manage or cancel your subscription through your device's store settings:

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until that date.

3.5 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with notice as required by the applicable app store. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

3.6 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies. Contact the respective store for refund inquiries.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Attempt to circumvent subscription or access controls
  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes
  • Reverse engineer or scrape the Service

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of data you enter. We process it to provide the Service as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

  • You may delete your account by contacting privacy@equisight.tech or using in-app account deletion in Settings.
  • We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Local data on your device may be cleared when you sign out.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted in the app or at https://profit.equisight.tech/terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
